Investment News Magazine ranked SGH Wealth Management Top 100 Fastest Growing Financial Advisors in the US
THERE ARE OVER +272,000 FINANCIAL ADVISORS IN THE UNITED STATES and Investment News Magazine took on the task of ranking the Top 100 US Advisors in overall Assets Under Management (AUM), AUM growth, and client growth between August 2023 and August 2024. In an oversaturated industry it can be difficult to stand out amongst the crowd. In back-to-back years SGH Wealth Management‘s above average industry growth has cemented its status as one of the best financial advisory firms in 2025, earning both the trust of clients and the respect of industry peers.
In addition to this national achievement, SGH Wealth Management sits on the list as the highest ranked Fee-Only Financial Planner in Michigan. A fee-only financial planner is someone who earns a fee for their services from their clients and does not receive commissions on the sale of financial products as additional compensation.
Fee-only advisors typically act as fiduciaries for their clients, meaning they put their clients’ interests before their own or their firms’. Certain professional designations such as a certified financial planner (CFP) and a chartered financial analyst (CFA) are held to the fiduciary standard.

Under the leadership of Sam Huszczo, CFA, CFP, SGH Wealth Management exemplifies the Fiduciary Duty and Gold Standard of Financial Analysis having a CFA charterholder steer its investment strategy, leveraging the firm’s comprehensive capabilities to drive sustained growth for the long term. As only an estimated 3% of CFA charterholders work within the Financial Planning Industry, a rarity to find.
Methodology
To compile the second annual Top Advisors list, InvestmentNews first solicited nominations from advisors, industry professionals, and clients. Only advisors nominated were eligible for the list. All information on the nominees had to be verified by their compliance team before it could be accepted. The final list was determined based on each advisor’s weighted ranking in overall AUM, AUM growth, and client growth (between August 2023 and August 2024). The InvestmentNews team assigned a ranking to each advisor in each category and then calculated a combined score to determine the advisor’s final placement on the 2025 Top Advisors list.
